The rendering below was produced to show the kitchen as it stands with updated Cambria Quartz Counters in the Darlington color pattern, Blanco Performa Super Single Bowl stainless steel sink and Moen Motionsense Hands Free Faucet
The gallery of renderings below illustrates the potential of the kitchen with a different island configuration.
This gallery of renderings below shows the same configuration as above with a longer quartz top to provide more square footage of work space and extra seating. (The fruit bowl was left in the same spot for a point of reference)
This is just the tip of the iceberg of what this kitchen could be. The ability for a homeowner to see their actual space during the design process is priceless. These renderings were created from an initial consultation where the homeowners were listened to and asked questions in an attempt to find a ‘starting point’.
From here, the clients can review these renderings, allowing the images to soak in and simmer a bit. They have the option to provide a list of alterations that will then be incorporated into the design and submitted again for their review.
While the design side of things is a lot of work and takes ample time – it is not dusty, noisy nor does it displace the homeowners from using their current kitchen while the design process is being ironed out. Exactly why Benhardt Construction decided to make the heavy investment into the software, hardware and training which allows this service to be provided for our clients.
