The kitchen is the most exciting and fun room in the home in my opinion. At least an hour is spent there each evening during the week and there really is no limit on the weekends. It just depends on what I have decided to experiment with! There is some Saturdays or Sundays that I may be in the kitchen half a day or better.
It may be making a huge pot of chili or some soup or it may be prepping a ton of meats for the BBQ aspect of my life, Triple B’s BBQ.
Heck, I spend so much time in the kitchen that I knocked the wall down between the kitchen and living room so I can see the TV!
My point is, my kitchen isn’t just for show. It’s a thoroughbred combined with a work horse! If that kitchen is just for drinks before the rare time we do go out to dinner than that baby is pretty to look at.
When it is time to go to work – we’re able to go to work.
Storage…Layout…Counter Space…Hands Free Faucets! Big Sinks for dirty prep bowls…Counter Space!
(Yes I know I said counter space twice, but I LIKE counter space!)
My point of all this rhetoric is to give you a little insight into the fact that I don’t just play a kitchen commander on TV, I am one in real life. Add to the fact that I am a little bigger than the average bear and I know what is good and what is bad when it comes to kitchen designs.
Now, kitchens can be beautiful works of art when completed, but pretty isn’t the first thing I think of when it comes to starting a fresh kitchen design. Crown Molding? That’s way on down the road.
We’re focused on making this kitchen help you work better which in turn will help you enjoy your new kitchen even more!
Once we get the FUNCTION exactly right then and only then do we bring up the pretty factor.
I do this because I have yet to see one piece of crown molding wash chicken legs, let alone help prep one!
Now that is a simple way of stating things as I am trying to help you realize that your kitchen will be exactly how you want it to be when it’s complete.
You will have confidence going into the construction phase because I provide 3D renderings for all my kitchen projects. This allows you to see your new kitchen and make any final decisions in the design phase. This saves not only money but saves on stress as well.
I have been apart of many kitchen remodels and can see exactly how all the pieces and components fit together but I also completely understand that this may be your first or second kitchen remodel.
With that understanding I lead and educate you along the entire design process in order for you to make rational and informed decisions regarding your kitchen remodel.
Ultimately, I want you to be fully confident and secure with all aspects of the new kitchen.
Confident, that the new kitchen is exactly how you want it to be.
